Designation: Associate Producer
Responsibilities:
- Create and own project plans to coordinate scheduling and delivery of project milestones within agreed constraints such as time and quality standards
- Track the delivery of assets by external vendors and partners
- Identify, procure, manage, and allocate all resources as required by various projects
- Work closely with the game studio, post production, QA, and marketing teams to maintain and track development tasks and milestones
- Closely monitor the status of projects and anticipate and catch deviations from the project plan at an early stage
- Report project status, progress, and deviations from the plan to upper management on a regular basis and recommend corrective measures and improvements as required
- Ensure that project documents and other deliverables are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Create end-of-project and post-mortem reports and analyses
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience leading or managing projects in mobile game development and porting
- Deep experience working with MS Project (or equivalent) and firm competence in the use of Gantt charts, spreadsheets, and other tools required to manage projects, resources, milestones, deliverables, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English
- Extremely details oriented and with excellent time management and organizational skills

Designation: QA Manager / QA Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire testing cycle across multiple products and projects and provide the final quality assurance certification prior to delivery
- Manage the QA team and provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship by drawing on past experience
- Prepare and maintain detailed test plans and test reports across products and projects
- Determine and implement processes and methodologies that increase quality and efficiency
- Manage and monitor the defect tracker tool and database to ensure that defects are of appropriate quality and detail, are at appropriate priority and criticality levels, and are being addressed appropriately given the stage in the project lifecycle
- Define and monitor for quality assurance metrics within and across projects and suggest processes and methodologies for improvement
- Identify, procure, manage, and allocate all resources as required by various projects
- Report project status, progress, coverage, open issues, scheduling, risk, and overall quality assessment to upper management on a regular basis and recommend corrective measures and improvements as required
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in game testing and verification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading QA teams or projects
- Deep experience working with Excel, Word, and firm competence in the use of spreadsheets and other tools required to manage QA
- Strong working knowledge of QA tools, methodologies and processes
- Extensive experience creating and maintaining detailed test plans and test reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English
Desired Qualifications:
- QA experience in a mobile game development and porting environment
- Strong working knowledge of various wireless handsets (Nokia, Motorola, SEMC, etc)
- Strong working knowledge of various wireless platforms (J2ME, BREW, Symbian, etc)
